Shipping and Returns
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is available for orders shipping to addresses in the continental United States. Standard Shipping is through UPS with 7-10 working days delivery on in-stock items. U.S. state and local taxes will be applied to all NJ state residents.

Express Shipping
Next day shipping is available on a business day for an additional charge. Delivery is within 1 day. 2nd day shipping is 2-day delivery time. 3 day select is 3-day delivery time. All are applicable on all in-stock items.
Saturday delivery is also available for orders placed on Fridays. Applies only to stocked items. Please contact a sales agent for pricing. 1-800-438-4434.

Product Returns
Satisfaction is guaranteed.
Due to the rising cost of shipping and due to vendor policies, SoundCity will accept returns of factory-sealed, unopened, new merchandise within 30 days of customer receipt of the product. Defective returns are acceptable within 14 days of purchase.

SoundCity will not accept returns of the following items:
• Any product shipped by motor freight
• Installed CAR audio products
• Satellite receivers
• Products that contain a HARD drive.
• Products sold on our outlet store.
• Audio/Video furniture.
• Custom cut cables.

Prior Authorization
All items that are returned without a valid return authorization will be refused. Please call us at 1-800-438-4434 to obtain the authorization.

Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the return shipping to our warehouse. Therefore, we encourage you to find the closest service center to you. In case of a defective exchange, SoundCity will provide and pay for the outbound shipping for replaced merchandise. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 30 days after issuance of a return.

Shipping/Billing Address

  • For your security we will contact you if your shipping address is different than your credit card billing address.
  • If the shipping address differs from the billing address, we require that you either contact your credit card bank and list the ship to address with them or fax us the front and back of your credit card. We also need signed authorization to ship to a different address than the billing if you chose to fax the information. This is done to protect you from unauthorized use of your card.


  • Example: "e;I (cardholders name) authorize Sound City to ship to this address (write out the shipping address)."e;

  • If you can not provide either of the above then we will only ship to the billing address.
